Adventurous students appreciate the Japanese experience on Sushi Day.
Our traveling sushi chef prepares California Rolls, Philadelphia Rolls, and Veggie Rolls on-site and right in front of the students, and then sets up an attractive display to entice students.
None of the rolls served are raw, so even hesitant students often choose to participate. Our sushi chef happily answers any questions that students have about the rolls served and their preparation. The sushi is served with a choice of wasabi, ginger, soy sauce, and, of course, CHOP STICKS!
