Looking for reliable and efficient employee with food service experience. Employee will be responsible for several food preparation and serving duties, must be able to lift up to 20lbs, and be able to use a fryer, oven, and knives safely and efficiently. Employee is also expected to be able to run a point of sale system (with training) during service times, as well as assist other staff in daily responsibilities. Attendance and ability to take direction are paramount in this search.
Assist in food production, serve the customers, maintain a sanitary environment, and help with production records. You must be willing to back up other team members in their jobs and assist in any area. Team member should demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude while delivering superior customer service.
Ability to stand for long periods of time. Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, lifting. Ability to use general cafeteria equipment (e.g. warmer, fryer, slicer, grill, POS system, etc.). Ability to come to work promptly and regularly. Ability to take direction and work well with others. Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes. Ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately. Ability to learn and apply policies and procedures. Ability to react to change productively and handle other tasks assigned. Ability to complete all applicable training programs. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
