Pomptonian was proud to present a “Taste of Korea.”  This event brought authentic Korean food and cooking techniques into the Northern Valley Regional High Schools for students to sample a variety of dishes.  Pomptonian’s staff trained with Korean chefs on how to use key Korean ingredients, common cooking techniques, the fundamental sauces that make up Korean flavors, and Korean vegetables in season to bring the students of Northern Valley bulgogi, japchae, tteok bokki, and kimchi.  This event has been featured in other schools, including Palisades Park, Tenafly, and Fort Lee.

The Northern Valley cafeteria presents Korean Cuisine every week and is popular among the students.
