Pomptonian experienced significant growth in 2015, increasing revenues from $62 million to $75 million during the year as the number of client contracts jumped from 80 to 95 over the same period. Sales also increased as the company’s menu concepts and attention to quality resulted in higher customer satisfaction and participation growth. The signature Village Fresh school menu program was expanded while winning several awards for enticing students to make healthy dining choices.
